Burchfield, Park & Pollesch, P.C. was established in 1989. Kenneth E. Burchfield and David L. Park began the firm by merging their long standing Livingston County law practices. Shari L. Pollesch joined the firm in 1989 and became a partner in 1995. In addition to the practice of law, members of the firm engage in community service activities enhancing their understanding of the needs and challenges facing their community. The cornerstone of the law firm's reputation is the responsive, effective and quality legal services provided to its clients.

The firm is composed of three attorneys and one paralegal. With administrative support personnel, the firm currently numbers 10 persons.
